We take orders by phone Monday through Saturday. Please note that we are on Pacific Time (3 hours behind the east coast) and adjust your calling time accordingly. We are available for calls between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday.

Note: We are closed on Sundays.

We will do everything possible to ship queens to our customers on the planned shipping date. However, there are times we must adjust shipping due to extremely hot weather. We don't ship small orders over 100 degrees as the workers can't adequately cool and ventilate a small area. Larger shipping boxes are sometimes used to provide better ventilation.

We primarily use UPS Next Day Air for the quickest delivery time. We are flexible if Post Office is preferred by the customer.

In the rare event of a misdirected shipment, we will work with the customer by using the UPS tracking number to find the queen shipment. We will do everything possible to ensure the queens still arrive safely and in a timely manner.

We accept personal checks and PayPal payments that are received by us before the planned shipment date. We charge credit cards ahead of the shipping date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
